"Two things I really appreciate are conciseness & specificity.. & this e-Cookbook is JUST THAT! I particularly love how well-articulated the recipes are; clear & straight to the point, not to allow for confusion. The directions are very comprehensive. & the accompanying pictures just add to my motivation to want to try new recipes!   I especially appreciate the incorporation of the DIY salsas/sauces. The e-Cookbook gives detailed recipes for creating your own salsa/sauce for a dish. Which is great!
